Review Summary

In one place, I can organize the work of different clients, assign it within the team, and have a clear understanding of each one's SOW. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The individual planner for each collaborator is not automatically updated. If you check the Gantt chart, the visualization is not accurate, as it indicates that the work starts from when you open the task and not from when they actually start working on it. The hours logging feature is especially valuable, as it allows us to understand how time is actually being invested across projects, teams, and service lines. This makes it easier to compare sold vs. executed hours, identify deviations, and make informed decisions around capacity, efficiency, and team structure.
Another key benefit is the ability to track rework. By properly logging both internal and client-driven changes, we can identify patterns, understand where projects are losing efficiency, and take action—whether that’s improving briefing processes, setting clearer client expectations, or managing scope more effectively. The interface and workflows can feel complex or not entirely intuitive, especially for team members whose main focus is execution rather than project management or analysis. This can create friction in adoption, particularly when it comes to consistent time logging or correctly using features like task structures and rework tracking. I like that the time all team members dedicated to the same task is centralized. I also consider the profitability aspect to be of great value, although we have not yet fully utilized what the tool offers, I believe that is its great differentiator. We can easily see how long a task takes to estimate future times and organize the team's tasks, which allows us to assess if there is availability to take on another client. The time reports for clients are exported with a lot of unnecessary and not very attractive information. For example, it does not allow sorting the data or selecting which information we want to export in order to share a neat time report with the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
