**What do you like best about Kaily.ai?**

After using it for a while, I can mention these:

First, about customization options: found many options for customization, like chatbot's appearance to match any brand .

Really appreciate the straightforward setup process. 

Seamless Integration: The platform integrates well with various data sources, that let's me enjoy efficient deployment of chatbots.  

Customer Support is also great, it really improved  the overall user experience .

**What do you dislike about Kaily.ai?**

Like any AI, I experimented occasional irrelevant responses.

I was looking for whatsapp integration, could not see one.

**What problems is Kaily.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

POC that is available 24/7 to help customers without requiring a live agent.
Integrates with my POC help center or documentation to provide contextual answers.

I trained the Copilot on all my FAQs in my hospital website , it seamlessly intrigrataes various data sources to deploy my chatbot. nice optins

**What do you dislike about Kaily.ai?**

nothing like that , ensure all questions are answered and a report for the eod should be prepared apart from dash board

simple FAQ handled very neatly , loved its reply time

The data it gives sometime is irrelevant and the data is not same always it changes time to time

It handles many tasks but for the mathematical relations and some realtime updates it fails to update

Downtime, sometimes we get errors or irrelevant responses to the queries raised

Automation, building fully integrated macros
With the copilot it’s utmost feasible and flexible to build the fully automated excel dashboards in a very short timeframe

by using this while testing i can make code error less which saves the time and if the code had some error in that i also get a quick review of code and see what wrong with the given code

**What do you dislike about Kaily.ai?**

its bit slow in process some time it takes a lot of time to review the code which is bit headache some time

**What problems is Kaily.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when i get code for testing it takes lots of times to review the code but by using copilot.live chatbot i can review the code quickly and move on to the next one

As data scientist it is very useful while coding that makes my work easy and faster, plus it can also check the code in real time which makes the code more error less

**What do you dislike about Kaily.ai?**

their is some lag between search and result which is bit headache sometime

**What problems is Kaily.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sometimes while after running code we encounter error to find that error takes time but using Copilot.live  we can predict the error before hand and make the necessary changes and save time and efforts

CoPilot.Live platform excels in enhancing our customer experience through easy to setup generative AI chatbot. Their recent pricing reduction really help our startup business . Personalized theme matches our brand. datasource sync stand out as major advantages for us to avoid manually updating it as our documentation changes

**What do you dislike about Kaily.ai?**

They are yet to have WhatsApp integration that we are looking for. This will be great addition.  Overall it's worth as per pricing.

No code setup of custom ChatGPT for our business which help assisting our users.

It is a platform where you can create Copilots. Think of a Copilot as  your own chatGPT enabled chatbot for which you don't need to learn coding. These Copilots use the data you provide and can help you answer questions by simply interacting with them. Moreover, you can embed these chatbots on your website for better user engagement.

I like the features they are giving in the standard plan. I have been playing with Copilots by connecting my website or PDFs to ask multiple questions, and it always works!!! Very easy to integrate and implement it on my website too...

Nothing so far. But I'll come back and edit this if I do.
