**What do you like best about Cooler Screens?**

In the retail store we have been using Cooler Screens’ digital signage platform and found it quite useful.  One of our success factors lies in using the in-store Info Centre screens to promote new offers and product information, among others.

**What do you dislike about Cooler Screens?**

There are few opportunities to generate engaging functions or embed live feeds that would appear in displayed content.  It does not offer the next level down analysis of customer engagement metrics such as segmentation by product category.

**What problems is Cooler Screens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cooler Screens enables us to go beyond using fixed ‘hang- outs’ and reach out to the customers with quality information on screens.  This translates to more brand recognition, efficient product advertisement, and thus more sales.
