setup can take as little as 30 minutes, which is unbelievable.

**What do you dislike about Cookdown SCOM Connector?**

The connector only supports a subset of SCOM alerts. 
Additionally, full functionality requires a paid license, which might be a barrier for smaller organizations, we at Adobe can easily afford.

**What problems is Cookdown SCOM Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without integration, SCOM alerts require manual triage and incident creation in ServiceNow, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
IT teams spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on strategic work.
