I find ConVox Omni-Channel to be a perfect step for my needs. It provides BPO solutions for our call center, catering to everything we require in our daily operations. I like the good connectivity provided by ConVox Omni-Channel. I find the dialer and cloud technology very beneficial. I find the Converse UI very good, making it easy to navigate and use the system. The customization options are impressive, allowing me to tailor the experience to my needs.
