**What do you like best about Convay?**

I love this platform for its simple yet professional touch. This platform have a very user friendly interface and the onboarding process was also very easy for this platform. This platform have a reliable performance with capabilities to take on both online and physical meetings. The home page is clean and have professional look with less crowded features which is really good. Capabilities to manage meetings and attendees is good with platform. Its capabilities that support whiteboarding, Subtitles, creating polls and sharing meeting files above other presenting capabilities ensures the efficiency of the communication. The capabilities of this platform to manage device and create analytics is also worth mentioning. The pricing of this platform is also moderate. The live transcription in this platform which can be activated with a single click when the meeting begins. The multilingual transcription of this platform is really good and impressive. I also love the capability of this platform to monitor. manage and secure the devices.

**What do you dislike about Convay?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that this platform have better AI facilities that could schedule or even automate task during the meeting session. Mentioning about AI, I also wish that there was an AI chat facilities which could assist the emergency needs while in meeting. I also wish that there was more better integration tools which will empower the capabilities of this platform.

This platform ensures good communication experience while having both online and offline meeting with capabilities to create minutes of the meetings and recordings. The features provided in this platform ensures flawless communication of ideas and issues. Frankly the scheduling capabilities of this platform also ensures that no important meeting are missed and communication within and outside of the Organization is done.

I think Convay is a great tool because it makes communication and workflow management really easy. I like that the platform is user-friendly and helps the team collaborate more efficiently. The centralized messaging and workflow automation features are really useful, along with the easy follow-up management and clean interface. I also appreciate the ability to keep customer interactions tracked in one place, which is absolutely great.

**What do you dislike about Convay?**

Yeah. The platform works well overall, but some advanced customization and reporting features could be improved. I also like to see more, third-party integrations because I use a lot of CRM integrations, so that would be helpful. And a slightly more modern UI in certain actions. Overall, the experience has been positive, but there is still some room for improvement in, let's say, analytics customization options and integration facility flexibility. Some features can also take time to fully learn for new users, especially when setting up more advanced workflows.

I am genuinely grateful for how easy it is to navigate the platform and integrate it into our existing marketing processes. The analytics feature provides an abundance of information that enables us to monitor the level of engagement and return on investment right in the platform itself. Although this platform is quite strong, sometimes it can be a bit hard to customize it. Some users may have issues with configuring Convay properly; for instance, people who have never used video conferencing before.

It saves me time because I don't have to travel for meetings or classes. I like it for its great features, like good video and audio quality, and the fact that it can be used with other software. I enjoy the screen sharing and chat features because they make video conference calls with high-quality video and audio possible. The initial setup of Convay was quite easy.

I really value Convay's region-locked workspaces and cross-region project hubs because they help with compliance and focus for global regulated teams. It solves the complex challenge of balancing data residency compliance (GDPR/PDPA) and cross-region collaboration without forcing a choice between them. I can create three fully isolated, region-compliant workspaces where all local data stays within the regional server, which is crucial for compliance. I also like how Convay allows for the creation of custom cross-region project hubs that includes only relevant team members from each region, offering granular access controls. Additionally, the time-zone optimized asynchronous collaboration tools are fantastic as they ensure no more missed updates. The initial setup was quite simple, which was a pleasant surprise.

I don't like the basic Zapier/Make support. We can build simple Zaps, but there's no option for region-tagged workflows, like 'APAC only' Zaps that don’t trigger for EU/US teams. Also, the lack of multi-step automation is a major drawback, especially for our US RevOps team.

The most preferable thing about Convay is that it was created with the combination of simplicity, strong capabilities, and usability. The platform can be mastered easily and implemented within a short time, making it easy to enable new users to take off instantly. I have been using Convay often in the day since it simplifies the process of communication, sharing files, and coordinating projects in a single convenient location. Its broad functionalities and ability to seamlessly work with other tools make its daily operations easy. Customer support is also quick to react and respond, and therefore, any complaints will be addressed within a short time. Altogether, the stability of Convay and its simplicity in use contribute to the fact that it is a reliable tool of daily collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Convay?**

The thing I do not like about Convay is that, despite the overall smoothness and reliability, there are instances that which the platform has suffered minor lag or slow loading time when it is on full blast. The notification settings might also be made more customizable, as one can easily miss significant updates or receive too many notifications. On top of this, although the integration options are excellent, it would be even better to increase the number of third-party tools that should be supported. Some of the more sophisticated options, such as analytics or in-depth reporting, are also not as good as those of competitors. All these are minor shortcomings in a very effective and convenient platform.
