What do you like best about ContractSafe?

The support is more than one could imagine or expect it to be. Experts working with new users and working to understand the nuances of my specific business and contract needs. All of that lends itself to a master implementation of over 800 contracts rolling up to 12 folders with 40 subfolders rolling up under the 12. We took baby steps, did small bulk uploads along the way, tested the results and when i had the confidence that my manual excel work could be loaded, we did the rest. The system is extremely flexible, ease to use and reporting updates itself as I make changes in updating attributes of my contracts. In terms of frequency of use, I am using daily, and my Operations people completely rely upon this data to not miss expiring contracts or escalations of billing that would be tied into a specific date. The ease of integration was made painless and effective due to the experience and ability of my success manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

I cant give you anything that would be critical here. If i had anything i would provide it, but i really haver zero areas to "dislike" anything about this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?

Ease of Use & User-Friendly Interface: The platform is very intuitive and very little training is required. Getting up and running happened in days, not weeks or months like some systems.

Excellent Customer Support: Being able to speak with a real person, with no tickets or hidden support fees is a HUGE bonus compared to others.

Robust Contract Repository & Search: The platform serves as a secure, centralized location for all contracts which means, based on user permissions, anyone in the company can find what they need. The search functionality, which uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to make even scanned documents searchable is super easy, similar to a "Google-like" search.

Automated Alerts and Reminders: The ability to easily set automated email reminders for key dates like renewals and expirations helps prevent missed deadlines and costly auto-renewals.

Value for Money: The cost-conscience pricing is competitive for the features offered. We found it to be a more affordable and effective solution compared to more expensive, complex platforms that balanced cost with business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractSafe?

Limited AI and OCR Accuracy: While the OCR is a pro, some of our users find the AI capabilities for data extraction to be less than perfect, often requiring manual updates for accuracy.
