**What do you like best about ContentGrow?**

The onboarding flow was clear and helpful. Fast to get started.
The content brief template and deadline feature are good.
A good pool of high-quality content writers that fit different needs.
Customer support is 5 stars. Very responsive in troubleshooting issues and receptive to feedback.

**What do you dislike about ContentGrow?**

None so far. When I reported there were some bugs that caused the rates assigned to brief not to display properly, the team worked to resolve it promptly

**What problems is ContentGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outsourcing high-quality writers who can write content for B2B tech products has been a challenge before Contentgrow.

**What do you like best about ContentGrow?**

The team is quick to respond, every staff I've interacted with is helpful, and their assignment reminders help with personal accountability.

**What do you dislike about ContentGrow?**

I haven't had any bad experiences so far.

**What problems is ContentGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally I haven't experienced major glitches. When I've had trouble organizing my profile someone has been on hand to help sort out the technical issues and send feedback to the technical team.
