I would like to see more AI-related features that can help automate the results and output. Adding such capabilities would make the process more efficient and streamlined.

**What problems is Contaque solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since this is a cloud-based service, the work can be managed without needing to allocate dedicated space on the premises.

**What do you like best about Contaque?**

Contaque is the best Contact Center Solution for small & medium-based businesses. It provides multiple features like predictive Dialing, ACD, IVR, Call recordings, etc.

**What do you dislike about Contaque?**

Contaque is not so good for integration with 3rd party tools like CRM, for example: Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Inhouse based CRM. High-level customization features need to be improved.

**What problems is Contaque solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contaque Contact center solution provides features that help small, and medium size businesses run their contact center smoothly. Features like IVR, Call routing, Call recordings solution, Predictive Dialing, Multiple campaigns, and Remote login for Agents are benefiting the business.
