I like how I dont have to worry about the initial security indicents or potential incidents. I can just let the SOC do its thing and then I can check over its findings. This saves me time and also gives me the required information to escalate if it is indeed a confirmed incident. It was really easy to setup, we had multiple meetings with Connectwise support to get us going and it integrates well with Manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I think could be better is the time it takes some alerts to come through. Sometimes it can be an hour or 2 before certain alerts get picked up. I know there is a lot of data to go through so i'm not sure if this can be done any quicker or not. Apart from that i'm happy with evey other part of this product. - Mandatory multi-factor authentication

- I personally like the all-in-one plan when talking to MSPs. They personally want to use one tool that covers EDR, Malware, Firewall.

- The integration with their PSA + RMM system automate and manage is a huge plus.

- Automated threat detection and response is a huge ask in the MSP + ITSM world.

- Not transparent with their pricing.

- The post-incident report in this tool collects fewer details compared to other tools.

It gives us the MSSP solutions like Threat detection and response, compliance assistance and many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve becomes very tidious because it has lot to offer and the cost is high for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
