"User-Friendly and Efficient POS for Restaurants"
What do you like best about ConnectPOS?

I find ConnectPOS extremely user-friendly, which makes it the best choice for our restaurant operations even without considering switching to other vendors. The system helped me punch bills efficiently and pull reports at the end of the day. I appreciate the detailed sales reports, which simplify identifying total sales, the number of products sold, and top-selling items like fried chicken over pizza. This comprehensive reporting aids in daily business analysis and operations, streamlining our end-of-day processes. Additionally, I value the support provided when issues with uploading product lists arose, which assisted in enhancing my understanding of ConnectPOS. Overall, it's easy to use within a restaurant setting, contributing to my preference for possibly purchasing it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectPOS?

While uploading the product lists in the backend of the POS, product items were not adding up as there was some issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-friendly interface and customization flexibility."
What do you like best about ConnectPOS?

What I appreciate most about ConnectPOS is its real-time synchronization between online and offline sales channels. This feature ensures that inventory, orders, and customer data remain consistently up to date across multiple stores and platforms, which significantly reduces manual errors and boosts operational efficiency. For retail businesses operating both online and physical locations, this is an excellent solution. The system keeps inventory, orders, and customer information synchronized across all stores and platforms, helping to minimize manual mistakes and improve overall efficiency. I also value its intuitive interface and the flexibility it offers for customization, allowing businesses to adapt the POS system to their unique workflows. Furthermore, features like multi-store management, offline mode, and seamless integration with popular eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce make ConnectPOS a robust and scalable choice for omnichannel retailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectPOS?

What I find challenging about Connect POS is that, despite its robust features, the initial setup and customization process can be somewhat complicated, particularly for those who lack technical expertise. At times, I have needed assistance from their technical team to properly configure integrations or to synchronize large amounts of data. Additionally, I have encountered glitches, crashes, and overall instability while using the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
