**What do you like best about ConnectPOS?**

What I like best about ConnectPOS is how effectively it connects online and offline retail operations into a more unified and real-time sales environment.

In our healthcare retail and pharmacy operations, managing inventory consistency between physical stores and online wellness product sales was becoming difficult with disconnected systems. ConnectPOS helped centralize billing, inventory tracking, and order synchronization across channels, which improved operational visibility significantly.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been the real-time inventory synchronization. Earlier, stock mismatches between online orders and in-store availability created operational issues and delayed fulfillment. With ConnectPOS, inventory updates became much more accurate and easier to manage across locations.


Another strong point is the user-friendly billing and checkout experience. Store staff were able to adapt quickly, and transaction processing became much faster during peak operational hours.

The reporting and sales visibility also helped management teams monitor store performance, product movement, and operational trends more efficiently.

Overall, ConnectPOS helped improve inventory accuracy, streamline omnichannel retail operations, reduce manual reconciliation work, and create a more connected retail experience across our healthcare and wellness product operations.

**What do you dislike about ConnectPOS?**

One challenge we experienced with ConnectPOS in our healthcare retail and pharmacy operations was that some advanced customization and enterprise-level reporting capabilities required additional configuration effort beyond the standard setup.

While the platform handled core POS and inventory workflows well, more specialized healthcare retail requirements such as detailed compliance reporting, advanced inventory analytics, and multi-location operational customization occasionally needed extra support and manual adjustments.

We also noticed that syncing large inventory datasets across online and offline channels sometimes required monitoring during peak operational periods to ensure updates remained fully consistent across systems.

Another area that could improve is the flexibility of certain backend workflows and dashboard customization features. The system is user-friendly overall, but highly tailored operational reporting for management teams occasionally required external configuration support.


That said, once workflows and integrations were properly configured, the platform delivered strong operational value for omnichannel retail management. Most of the concerns we encountered were related more to scalability and advanced customization needs rather than the core POS functionality itself.

**What problems is ConnectPOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ConnectPOS helped us solve several operational challenges related to inventory synchronization, omnichannel sales management, and retail visibility within our healthcare and wellness retail operations.

Before implementing the platform, online and in-store sales workflows were managed through separate systems, which often created inventory mismatches, delayed updates, and manual reconciliation work for retail and operations teams.

One of the biggest problems was maintaining accurate stock visibility across physical pharmacy locations and online wellness product sales. ConnectPOS helped centralize inventory and transaction management, allowing teams to monitor stock movement and product availability in near real time across channels.


Another major benefit has been faster checkout and improved customer experience. Store teams can now process transactions more quickly while maintaining better visibility into inventory and customer purchase activity.

The reporting and analytics capabilities also helped management teams monitor sales performance, product demand trends, and operational bottlenecks more proactively across multiple retail locations.

What I find challenging about Connect POS is that, despite its robust features, the initial setup and customization process can be somewhat complicated, particularly for those who lack technical expertise. At times, I have needed assistance from their technical team to properly configure integrations or to synchronize large amounts of data. Additionally, I have encountered glitches, crashes, and overall instability while using the software.

ConnectPos features are exactly what we were looking for in order to expand our businesses and it gets the job done, fast, user friendly interface and has integration with almost all major accounting platform. I was really struggling with my current pos and connectpos rescued us from that situation. 
The support is wonderful, specially Mia has been an outstanding support. 
The hardware setup was real quick and all hardware was supported. Fast Loading Interface and frequent usage. Very easy to implement.

With ConnectPOS, managing my e-commerce business has become easier and more efficient. The MSI multi-inventory feature is amazing, as it allows me to keep all my inventories under control in a single panel, as well as perform inventory transfers, orders, and inventory taking at both my points of sale and my e-commerce.

The support team is exceptional, with people like Lucy and Chris always attentive and willing to help. Without a doubt, if you are looking for a complete solution for omnichannel e-commerce, ConnectPOS is the best option.

That it is not so present in Latin America and perhaps a more affordable pricing policy for this area that is beginning to venture into online sales.

I was looking already for some time for a flexible SelfService Kiosk software with some specific specifications, and Mia and her team told me from day 1 what was possible, and what the have to configure special for my case. They provided a timeline with the estimated time needed to do this (only 2 weeks) with continuous follow-up by e-mail, Whatsapp and meetings. Great and professional way of working.

In both Magento2 and Woocommerce we are using ConnectPOS and after all those years it's still our favorite POS.

It could be a bit faster, we need to wait from time to time pretty long before the drawer opens, which can be annoying with customers waiting for their receipt.

Our problems include discrepany on the voided sales (which is our fault because the recent incident was voiding was done in Shopify) as well as error in the amounts put upon shift closing. ConnectPOS team always tend to our correction/adjustment requests which helps accuracy in our data reporting.

**What do you like best about ConnectPOS?**

Connected easily to magento store. User friendly interface. Good connection to Magento store

**What do you dislike about ConnectPOS?**

My biggest complaint about the software is there is no local backup of orders until they are confirmed synced. This means if your communication fails to your magento store in syncing, the order can be lost forever. I highly recommend in early implementation, to make copies of every sale in case you have bugs. In our case, our server was blocking some of the software's requests on a busy day, because cloudflare thought it was malicious because of all the connections. All the blocked orders just disappeared - not only did they not make it to Magento but also were deleted from the POS system, so the details of those transactions are lost forever. I just assumed the sales would be stored locally until a successful sync was accomplished - not the case. Once we fixed the blocking, we haven't had any issues with lost orders, but i do worry that if there is a power/internet outage, it could happen again. Other small irritation is it shows configurable products as out of stock when the children aren't. 

Otherwise it is a great product. Very easy for staff to use. Good search functionality, and good support.

**What problems is ConnectPOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a point of sale system that integrates with our Magento store, which integrates to our Netsuite ERP system.

The password requirement makes it difficult as many of our clients do not remember their password

We recommend working with a pos tech to train how to use
