UI simplification should be good. Means more robust UI is needed.

**What problems is Conflux solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conflux solves the challenge of turning scattered user feedback into structured, actionable insights. It bridges the gap between customer experience and technical decision-making. As a Solution Architect, I use it to identify performance bottlenecks, prioritize technical debt, and align system improvements with real user needs. Its integration with Jira and Slack enables automated workflows in our CI/CD pipeline. This helps me drive architecture changes that directly enhance scalability, usability, and business outcomes.

**What do you like best about Conflux?**

Conflux has a great integration with Intercom, allowing us to easily capture user feedback, add votes to different ideas, and more, directly in conversations. I also really like that the ideas are curated, and that raw user feedback isn't visible to other users.

**What do you dislike about Conflux?**

The interface is a little clunky, and some integrations could be improved, but they're moving in the right direction.

**What problems is Conflux solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conflux allowed us to completely eliminate our manual feedback loop process, by letting us get back to interested customers easily when new features are released. It also allowed us to reduce our support traffic as users could submit their feedback directly through Conflux.
