
The best thing i like their customer support in various languages which is very benificial for industries with multiple customer base. It also cost effective as comparitive to in house support team.There are lots of features like scalability,expertise etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As such there is no dislike but still sometimes they loss of control which may effect quality of service.
