What do you like best about Conduit AI?

I think the customization of Conduit AI is fantastic because all of the workflows offer endless possibilities. The customizable aspect means the software can be tailored to suit or meet the specific needs of any business. It really feels like a developer tech forward company, unlike a lot of the other software in the short-term rental space that seem a bit slow. Conduit AI truly feels developer-first. There are a lot of new features and customization options, which I really appreciate. The specific workflows and integrations with different platforms are very valuable to us. Also, Conduit AI doesn’t try to do everything but focuses on getting things right, which I value—like their communication, workflows, integrations, centralization, and AI suggestions. I have already recommended Conduit AI to a bunch of people, so I would rate it nine or 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conduit AI?

There's no app, which would be really helpful for our community because not all of our operation team is behind the computer. Some of them are on the move, so there's no way for them to get proper notifications when a guest is reaching out. We also don't have 24/7 coverage with our virtual assistants yet. The self-onboarding process was a bit complex for such a new platform, and it would have been easier with a kind of personal onboarding explaining the platform.
