Conduit has fundamentally changed how we scale our property management business. We can now acquire and integrate new portfolios without hiring additional guest service staff, thanks to 60% automation. The AI handles routine inquiries flawlessly, maintains a 4.9 communication score, and enables our team to focus on high-value, proactive guest experiences like upselling, concierge services, and direct booking conversion. The documentation process also forced us to create operational playbooks, improving onboarding and consistency.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

There really haven't been any significant downsides. If anything, the main challenge was making sure the team understood AI wasn't replacing their jobs, but that was solved with clear communication and has ultimately improved morale and job satisfaction. I would love to see Conduit expand to handle homeowner, vendor, and cleaner communication in the future.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conduit is helping to automate a lot of manual work in our business and make our automated messaging feel very personal as well. Many people even talk on the phone to their AI agents and it takes a little while to realize they arent human.

I love how Conduit drastically reduced our support costs, improved guest response times from nearly an hour to just 2 minutes, and made the hotel operation genuinely passive. The AI-powered support means I spend far less time on Slack or putting out fires, and guest satisfaction has gone up. The operational improvements directly boosted our NOI and even added over $500,000 in asset value, making Conduit a key pillar in our tech stack and sales process.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If anything, the only challenge is keeping up with the rapid improvements in AI and tech, but Conduit’s pace of innovation is a major reason I chose them in the first place. I haven’t encountered significant negatives so far.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

I genuinely love using Conduit because it makes guest communication much easier to manage, especially in a fast-moving hospitality operation. I first started using Conduit with my previous client back in 2024, and it quickly became an important part of our daily workflow. Because of that positive experience, I introduced Conduit to my new client in 2025 as well.

What I appreciate most is how it centralizes communication, improves team visibility, and helps us stay on top of guest inquiries and follow-ups. It reduces missed messages and allows the team to work more efficiently. I also really love the workflows feature because it allows us to automate certain processes and repetitive tasks, making things easier, faster, and more consistent for the team.

I also love that Conduit continues to release new features and improve the platform, which shows that they listen to users and understand operational needs. Their support team is also one of the best. Whenever we encounter an issue or need help, they are responsive, reliable, and very helpful in assisting us.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

There is really nothing major that I dislike. Like any platform, there may be occasional adjustments or learning curves when new features are added, but the support team is always quick to assist and guide us whenever needed.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conduit helps us manage guest communication in one centralized platform, which is very important for hospitality operations. It helps reduce missed messages, improves follow-up consistency, and gives the team better visibility on guest conversations.

The workflows feature is also a big benefit for us because we can automate certain actions and processes instead of doing everything manually. This saves time, reduces repetitive work, and helps the team stay more consistent in how we manage inquiries and guest communication.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

I think the customization of Conduit AI is fantastic because all of the workflows offer endless possibilities. The customizable aspect means the software can be tailored to suit or meet the specific needs of any business. It really feels like a developer tech forward company, unlike a lot of the other software in the short-term rental space that seem a bit slow. Conduit AI truly feels developer-first. There are a lot of new features and customization options, which I really appreciate. The specific workflows and integrations with different platforms are very valuable to us. Also, Conduit AI doesn’t try to do everything but focuses on getting things right, which I value—like their communication, workflows, integrations, centralization, and AI suggestions. I have already recommended Conduit AI to a bunch of people, so I would rate it nine or 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

There's no app, which would be really helpful for our community because not all of our operation team is behind the computer. Some of them are on the move, so there's no way for them to get proper notifications when a guest is reaching out. We also don't have 24/7 coverage with our virtual assistants yet. The self-onboarding process was a bit complex for such a new platform, and it would have been easier with a kind of personal onboarding explaining the platform.

I use Conduit AI to centralize our communications and leverage AI workflows. It excels in communication, workflows, integrations, and AI suggestions without trying to do everything. Switching provided the options and flexibility we needed.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

I like that I'm able to constantly update Conduit AI, and it pulls the most accurate information from our Notion database. It serves as a buffer between guests and our team, saving us time from responding to every little question by having a lot of the answers already in the information it has. Additionally, the initial setup was great.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

I'd love to be able to plug it into my agents. Because then we can not have to manually update it, but if we can have our agents on our end be pushing updates from our internal communications, like via Slack or emails or other things.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conduit AI handles guest messaging at our short-term rentals, acting as the first defense layer. It uses its knowledge base to respond appropriately, saving my team time on frequent questions. I can also keep it updated with accurate info from our Notion database.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

I definitely appreciate the interface of Conduit AI, the connection, and also the team's attitude towards creating a product that is truly useful. The user experience is quite smooth and I like having connectors, even with previous versions. Moreover, the direct connection with custom PMS is a great advantage.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Yes, there are definitely problems with Conduit AI, especially with the non-native integration. The integration with the PMS we use has issues, particularly with bureaucratic billing matters like crossbooking. The integration with EPIK also doesn't work well: it doesn't recognize the booking status, so those responding to guests don't know if the guest has paid or completed the online check-in. We resolved these issues by developing custom tools. The integrations initially didn't work well, and we had to manually enter the information, which would have been easier if they had been smoother from the start.

I use Conduit AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve communication with guests, helping to manage phone calls and escalation.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

I love that Conduit AI offers 24/7 messaging, which is a huge advantage for managing 25 listings in my short-term rental business. It's also very helpful to have my virtual assistants use Conduit AI to respond to guests, as the AI agent can search the knowledge base of our listings and policies much faster than they can. Guests receive their messages quickly and efficiently around the clock, and my team can review and tweak them as needed. After hours, the agent handles responses and alerts me if something needs attention. This setup has allowed us to scale our business without increasing labor costs. Additionally, Conduit AI integrates seamlessly with our PMS, Guesty, as well as Slack, and the initial setup was very easy since all the information comes from our PMS.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Additional access to the team and docs to help me and my team learn more about the system would be great. Documentation on how to use all of the features as intended would be helpful. Sometimes you really have to go in and tinker or play around with it to learn it.

Conduit AI provides 24/7 messaging and phone coverage, managing a knowledge base, task tracking, and guest sentiment tracking. It helps us scale without increasing labor costs and integrates into our PMS and Slack.

I appreciate how Conduit AI centralizes all our listing knowledge and creates automated message responses, which really helps with process automation. Their team is also great with helping out during escalations, making everything clear and delivering great service. I like their innovation and ability to evolve quickly, which allows us to be more agile and do more with less. Compared to other companies that need lots of virtual assistants, we can manage the same workload with Conduit AI and just one VA. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

Implementation took less than 10 hours thanks to seamless integrations. The platform now automates 60-65% of our guest messages, allowing our agents to focus on proactive revenue-generating activities like upsells and special packages. The AI consistently outperforms new human hires on routine inquiries by leveraging unlimited historical data, and our team now spends time improving guest experience rather than putting out fires.

The main limitation is that Conduit doesn’t yet fully close the loop on task management. While it extracts key info from guest maintenance requests, we still need to manually coordinate with third-party teams and task management tools like Breezeway or Asana. The follow-up button is very useful, and support is easy to access when I need it. The data analytics are good as well. I also like how well it integrates with Guesty.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

The phone call function has been an issue for me. I had a support ticket open for two months, and it still wasn’t resolved. I also haven’t been able to fully integrate the AI smoothly; at times it gives an incorrect response just to “please” the guest.

It’s easier to pass information between team members using the follow-up function, and it helps us keep proper follow-up procedures in place. I also like that we don’t have to look up property information separately, because it can search and produce the details quickly.

I like the option to add the twenty-four-hour support where the support team is already trained on Conduit AI. I also appreciate that Conduit AI seems to be consistently improving and staying towards the front when it comes to new technology development and integrations.

The knowledge base is something that has to be manually updated. We used another tool previously that reviewed our historical messages with guests and used that to create a brand and voice and use that previous message history to answer questions and that was nice.

This isn’t an issue with Conduit itself, but the implementation does require your team to be bought in and willing to use and work with AI tools. That said, Conduit helps make that adoption easier and can also support training along the way.

I think the search function could be improved. Sometimes when I'm searching a name, you'll see that same name pop up multiple times or not being able to search that property like that. So all the search functions could be a little bit more organized and structured.

I like the ease of use of Conduit AI and its reliability. When using an AI tool, I definitely want it to be the most reliable option, which I believe Conduit AI is. It's been around for a while, so we trust it. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty simple.

I think being more short term rental specific and problems that they solve.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

I really like the workflows -> allowed me to send transcripts and keep track of the flows

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Unable to see server error logs, which meant I could not trouble shoot some issues myself

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue of having to use 3-4 separate programs to achieve the same result with workflows

On the error visibility piece, good news, you can actually see those today. Head to the Workflow Runs section and you'll find the logs and error details for each run, which should help you troubleshoot most issues on your own.
