**What do you like best about Comsense?**

I was excited to implement Comsense so my company’s submittals and forms could match those of our competitors.

**What do you dislike about Comsense?**

Failed implementation, unresponsive support after the acquisition, ongoing disputed billing, and aggressive collections despite my documented cancellation.

**What problems is Comsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was supposed to benefit my company by streamlining our processes and forms, but it didn’t.
