The ComplyCube platform keeps getting more intelligent and easier to use while also adding more ways to verify businesses and people. The verification flows are fast and snappy. I really like how you can quickly set up verification flows and send a link out in just a couple of clicks. The support team is great, and Harry is always super helpful. It integrates easily with our internal CRM, which makes sending links one click away. We no longer have to request certified documents or get documents via email. It offers a lot of features, and I really like their integration documentation and guides. As an engineer, I’m able to integrate their features and test everything in the sandbox very easily. The UX/UI on their widgets is fully brandable, and their newly added MCP server makes it straightforward for us to integrate our AI intelligence models for internal assessment.

It works well right out of the box and offers plenty of integration options. The dashboard and customer-facing UIs are simple and clean, which makes it easier to onboard new team members and get them up to speed quickly. The eKYC and onboarding journeys are customizable, and performance-wise I’d say the speed and accuracy of the AI assistance and the verification results are pretty good.

Their policies and global coverage are also convenient, since we’ve now integrated it across all our workflows, given that it operates in all the countries where we do.

These features aren’t typically provided by other compliance solutions, so I can keep our bespoke risk calculation rules in one place and provide users with an eIDAS-compliant solution. It also helps automate remote applicant onboarding, collect attestations, verify identities against authoritative sources, and monitor applicants throughout their lifecycle.
