I like ComplyCube because it's easy and efficient. It provides far more details and checks than other AML verification sites we've used. I appreciate that it's easily integrated with our website, and I like that additional checks can be carried out when required. One area I do think could be improved is on the dashboard when we receive new clients or verifications. It would be good if they showed up as 'unread' or 'unreviewed' until we have reviewed the verification, to ensure we are always aware of which ones we should still check. I like the features released part of new workflow-powered compliance suite and the ease it offers to comply with different regulations and policies including eIDAs and UK DIATF. The sanctions and PEP screening is very good and meets the regulations mandated by our local authorities. Their bulk-processing dashboard is also very useful for my weekly runs, and it’s easy to use. ComplyCube team has kept busy and they have been releasing new features on regular basis. The number SDKs and client libraries has also steadily increased. We've released attended their ComplyCube 2.0 webinar and we're very excited about their upcoming features including eID and frauds checks. Among all these, their web portal remains one of their best assets.
