**What do you like best about Complaint Management?**

It's useful to have the Sparta Systems Complaint Management system because it puts all of the complaints in an easily accessible spot for you. So it is nice to have that automation and knock out some steps for you.

**What do you dislike about Complaint Management?**

It is kinda of confusing and the help from their support team isn't the worse, but it would be nicer if they were more responsive and had a better way of showing you how to start it all up.

**What problems is Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to solve the problem of keeping track of complaints and making sure that they are being communicated and brought to the proper people for review..

**What do you like best about Complaint Management?**

I like that the platform is simple and works as it should. It is not complicated to use and helps keep complaints and tasks manageable.

**What do you dislike about Complaint Management?**

I don't like the presentation of the platform. It is basic and lacks a visually enticing layout.

**What problems is Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helps in that agents can create tickets that can then be reviewed by management, instead of having agents messaging constantly that customers are upset and want to speak to a supervisor.
