It's useful to have the Sparta Systems Complaint Management system because it puts all of the complaints in an easily accessible spot for you. So it is nice to have that automation and knock out some steps for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is kinda of confusing and the help from their support team isn't the worse, but it would be nicer if they were more responsive and had a better way of showing you how to start it all up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
