**What do you like best about CommercialCafe?**

Nothing

**What do you dislike about CommercialCafe?**

It's really problematic from the start; it doesn't recognize me as a user, and resetting the password is impossible, which means I struggle to get in to pay my rent. The app is herky-jerky, and it's a fight every month to pay rent. It's the worst platform I've ever used in my life. It's not updated, it won't remember me as a user even when I push remember, and I have to reset it up every month because it doesn't remember my password. I need help, and there's none available.

CommercialCafe is problematic from the start, doesn't recognize me as a user, and won't remember my information. It's a struggle every month to pay rent due to its unreliable platform.

The tenant portal is great, it minimized a lot of questions from our tenants.

**What do you dislike about CommercialCafe?**

There is no tenant support line, everything needs to come through us.

**What problems is CommercialCafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenants have a very clear portal, so they can see all their information and are reaching out to us less.
