They stole my website. No one answers the phone. They keep your account active after you fire them and keep billing you.

**What do you like best about PropertyPulse?**

Easy to use even for folks that didn't grow up with technology.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

Not dislike but would like to have more options on social media posting date options.  Also, updated drip campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering PropertyPulse:**

Go to the training and seminars and don't be afraid to jump in and experiment.  Like anything else you have to put some time in.  Z57 does not just run on its own.

**What problems is PropertyPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems at this time.  Benefits are many but two that jump to mind social media and flow of new leads.  We are averaging 900+ posts per month because of the Property Pulse platform with maybe 1.5 to 2 hours of maintenance time per week.  The other is the consistent flow of leads each month coming to our search engine and website.

**What do you like best about PropertyPulse?**

I like the program that is available. Some years ago Z57 changed platforms & it was very difficult for me, so I left them. Now it seems to be easier and much more detailed. I'm giving it another try. So far so good. I like Property Pulse. just a lot to absorb

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

Not enough time to just dive into the web and do all the videos, etc. I need help walking through some of this stuff.

Give it a try. I do like the company and what they have to offer

**What problems is PropertyPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, I don't like my landing page and a couple other issues. Some is my fault, but some is also my account manager. There are lots of good stuff offered by Z57. This is why I have agreed to come back to Z57

I like the social media auto posting of my new listings and the nice selection of Posts done automatically for me through z57.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

For some reason I find that pictures that were uploaded seem to disappear which then makes my site look incomplete.  I have had to call about this a few times.

**Recommendations to others considering PropertyPulse:**

If you don't have a website and have limited funds z57 offers a grear package to make you look good and get noticed for a fair price, without breaking the bank.

**What problems is PropertyPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not currently working to solve any issues with z57.  

The benefits I receive are the online presence and a place to direct prospective clients to see my listings.

**What do you like best about PropertyPulse?**

I love that this website is specific to Realtors and is automated and I dont have to think too much, it does it for me. I can get extremely busy as the owner/broker of my brokerage and have the peace of mind that my website is staying current, relevant and updated. I love this! I love the training on the website, one to one assistance if needed, the advise has always  been good. Theres so much more I can and will be doing with my website now, with my assistant.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

Ive been with Z57 over 10 yrs, nothing I dislike! I honestly cant think of the negative aspects, for me this is a perfect fit.

To be successful , I suggest choosing something simple and who does the work for you...that is why Ive used this website for over 10 years.

I love that my website automatically uploads my listings and has an automated feed into Facebook

Not having enough time to set up all of its features and understand it better

Try it out and set it up correctly from the beginning. Customer service willhelp if you take the time.

The autoposting makes me appear as active all the time. The SEO has helped bring in buyers however I havent had a deal from that.

Two of the best things about z57 are their website because it looks fantastic, and their automatic posts that they do on Facebook for you.

The only thing I dislike about z57 is that when I do mass emails from their campaign, many emails go into their junk mail and never get seen or open by potential client.

It’s a great marketing too that works automatically on your behalf without you having to do a thing.

Z57 has allowed me to see who is actually interested in buying or selling their home because I can see who inquires of my business and who opens my emails.

I love that it's capturing leads 24/7.  I've had 245 views on my website with 16 leads.  I'm actively talking to 3 of those.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

I wish the email campaigns were better and more effective. I also wish I could integrate z57 with the CRM my company provides.  I use KV-Core.

It really makes Lead Generation totally automated.

I am shocked at the amount of support and training I get.  For the money, it's the best support I've ever had in my 7 years of Real Estate.  And trust me I have gone through so many.

**What do you like best about PropertyPulse?**

The staff goes above and beyond.  Even the smallest things they attempt to address for you in some way.  Hold times are relatively small when someone isn't immediately available.  Staff is knowledgable and extremely friendly.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

Having a major issue with rate of conversion of clicks to actual leads that come through.  The staff has been assisting and suggesting different things and will probaby revisit soon.  I am confident the right formula will be found.

It is clear to me that this is the type of product that you get out what you put in.  The real estate "Property Pulse" product has so many options to it.  But the company has the training resources and the customer service you need.

Gives me a central landing page for advertising to capture the leads.  Also provides a CRM and social auto content that I can preview and edit.  In short it keeps me out there in front of people when I am too busy to come up with new posts.

so far so good !!!! I'm still learning how to implement all the great tools they provide, I'm taking the webinars they have and at the same time I'm playing around with all the tools.

I recommend this product to anyone give it a try and find out for your self all the great things it will do for you! one of the things that I did not like is that you cannot change the layout of the website like buttons, colors or things like that, you have to pay extra if you want something changes regarding the layout of the website !!!! that is the only thing that I have not  like so far

Andreal Climon is the reason I signed up. His customer service is the best!

There is no connected CRM software or maybe I’m not using it properly to have ability to set alarms for following up with leads.
I don’t know process of how they track number of hits per month.

Posted ads for Spain, and I am in the US. Sent me a confirmation of cancelling but continues to try to bill every month. Capital One has them on a flagged list already and blocked payment.

There was not one positive. Scam artists.

It only allows me to post updated listings from one zip code. I work on area of multiple zip codes rather close to each other.

**What do you like best about PropertyPulse?**

I have been using Z57-Property Pulse since march 2018, in June i sing on for the SEM format. I am  a fan so far. My fb business page has more than doubled with the following and i am getting seen by people. As I was shown, i have boosted some of the adds to get interaction and its works. I have actually had calls from peope that have found me online. and been able to pick up actual buyers and close the deals. 

It does take time and isn't necessairly cheap but its not outrageous either.  You have to be patient like with anything, the longer you have it the more visibility you get so you do have to be patient and make sure to follow up with the leads that come in. 

For me out of all the marketing tools I have tried to say, it has worked the best. I have more than doubled my volume since last year, so for me it’s worth it. 

I have actually recommended a couple of my collegues as well to sign up (and they have). 



**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

If there was on thing, i would say the lack of being able to set tasks with the CRM that is included. It is kind of a pain not having it. You either have to maintain 2 separate crms or sift through  the existing one and hope you can remember who you have to follow up with

Getting notice by the public and gaining business.

I like the full integration of the CRM and a whole website's suite of programs into my FB page.  The downside is, despite my efforts, the promise of capturing leads has not yet shown.  I did not sign on just for the tool.  I signed on to have the tool work for my and my potential clients.

I don't like the level of lead generation compared to what was promised would happen.  We have been working on our generation and capture, but have little/no results.

maintain a second flow of lead generation and find a way to make the Facebook capture more outstanding among the other ways.

Their customer service is always available and try hard to work through any of those enivitable issues that come with setting up and managing a website. Each time they were able to do the things we asked of them. Good job, people!

There are time commitments to calling in and getting issues fixed but its justified

Having the automatic posts is the biggest help for me! I enjoy posting on social media however I don’t have the time to figure out pictures and posts to put up multiple times a day. The training webinars have been such a great way to help me to stay on top of my business.

I have not experienced anything I dislike about working with this company.

I like the fact that you post on my social media with interesting content. I know I haven't dug deep into your tools but I see that I can discuss my dislikes below.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

I dislike the fact that I can not post on my social media page on my own behalf. I don't see where you are contacting my Realtor.com leads like Wallace had stated. Instead, all you do is send me the same email message Realtor.com sent me. You Don't text me when someone clicks on my page or signs up. I thought you were going to follow up for me. Then text and email me with how it went and what was said so I can move forward with lead.

Can't give recommendation based on my experiance so far. I'll give it a little more time and see if anyone reaches out to help me before I cancel. Like I stated to Wallace, My husband has terminal cancer which consumes a lot of time. I need to keep my business on track but I don't feel this is happening.

Wallace said your company would be like having my own personal assistant. The only thing I can see that is consistent is the monthly payment being deducted.

was a scam from the 1st call from someone that wasnt even an employee of z57. lotsa promises.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

this was the biggest waste of time and money. completely lied about being able to create a website to my specifications, terrible service.

look them up on the better business bureau 1st.

Very supportive, educated and proactive support staff guiding me along the way to incorporating all that their platform offers.

Nothing so far, but only a couple of weeks into it.

This system works best if you already have lead sources to feed into the platform, and/or a larger client base.

Better "stickiness" with my clients and hope to get them off of "other" platforms for their real estate information.

I love that my website is a one-stop shop Portal for prospects and clients. It is also customizable, so I can tweak things as well as have my z57 web developer add things.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

The only thing that I don’t like about the SEM program is that the leads aren’t validated. Most often the name, phone number, and/or email is fake. 

**What problems is PropertyPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary item solved by z57 is my web and Facebook presence. It looks like I am super engaged with social media, even though I am really not able to do much more than respond to contacts and messages. Plus, the content is more relevant to my local areas.

The Z57 Team has been easy to work with and have made suggestions along the way. The Drip email seems to work well and I can see who is opening the emails. It is very easy to ad new listings to my website and then to my business Facebook page. 

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

The SEM option has not preformed as I had hoped not reaching the guarantee for the first 3 months, but when I request refund it is handled quickly. As  New User I wish there were more recorded training sessions on improving content on the website and using keywords to improve SEO

**Recommendations to others considering PropertyPulse:**

Worth trying; the more you use it the more you appreciate it. But, you must realize, it is will work the best if you put some effort into it. Add you existing customer base is easy and should be done right a way to take advantage of the Drip Email that is part of the system. Don't be afraid to reach out to the support staff for help. There is no dumb questions except the one's I asked.

I like the ease at which you can enter in an ad for a property and schedule it for posting so I don't have to worry about it. Z57 also post tidbits which seem to engage our audience to keep our facebook page active and start conversations with clients. I previously used another company but have seen a dramatic increase in page likes since switch to Z57. I like the control Z57 gives me with regards to how my posts appear. 

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

When you want to run a campaign through Z57 the price is extremely high - especially for a small town that I am advertising to. They should have an option for smaller amounts since our target audience is limited.  Unfortunately my MLS does not feed to this company so I don't get all the benefits it has to offer.

Do the one month trial I think you will like it compared to other ones out there. It is simple to use and easy to operate to give you one less thing to do.

I am keeping my Facebook page active and engaginging clients and am keeping my ads in front of my audience. I have recieved leads that have been converted to sales and increased my audience on my social media.

I love the fact that everything is personally branded, completely customizable and that the system is an all-in-one package: CMR (which I don't use, but love that it's there), website, social media automation, email marketing and lead generator! 

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

The social media posts have been hit or miss, some problems with posting blue houses or not pulling in entire previews/pictures. Another thing is that the system does not have a separate spot to integrate a CRM email sync so I have to use my crazy LionDesk email to import my leads to my CRM.

**Recommendations to others considering PropertyPulse:**

If you try Z57 Internet Solutions, you won't be disappointed! If you have a current CRM, make sure it's compatible before signing up.

They are very quick to respond to my emails when I have problems and really work on getting the issue corrected. I have a go-to guy I like to deal with and he is easy to get in contact with.

Some of the resources used on FB are not good. (Community resources) SEO marketing not effective.

Z57 is similar to other internet marketing for Real Estate. Without being able to capture accurate info about the people who visit your website complete with name, phone and email, you have no control over the leads you receive except to hope that someday they respond to your emails. All control is left to the customer. Not the best use of your time or money when trying to get leads. 
Z57 does supply good scheduled content to FB page. Some of the additional pages are not up to date and information poorly delivered for a good customer experience.
Z57 billing department can't seem to figure out how to effectively use their own auto pay system. Although they have my card info, each month it fails to process correctly and I have to call them to correct. Each time they are able to process with information already on file with the promise to correct and yet after 4 months still can't get it right.

Future client awareness and business development/lead development. Have received various comments from friends that they like the FB content. So people are watching

I like that we are getting leads through the website and through facebook. It is working better then any other product I have tried int this price range. I would like to see more better quality leads. We are following up but none have turned into clients yet. I really like the look of the website and the ease of use of the program. I do like the material that is posted to social media.

One of the things I don't like is when I do a facebook ad of one of our listings we don't seem to get much response. When I boost the property on our facebook page myself we get more views. I would also like to get more facebook likes and followers through the program, but instead we have lost a few. We do some engagement on the social media post, but more comments would be great.

I think it does what they say it will do unlike many of the social media software out there. We do get leads on a regular basis. the post to social media are created to engage the viewers.

Customer support has been disappointing. Their response time to my issues has been unaccepteable. For example, i joined Z57 in late August. I completed my IDX paperwork 4 - 5 times. It was only finally setup in NOVEMBER! And my sales associate who promised he would be there for me whenever I encountered problems. He has never responded or tried to offer assistance on a single complaint.

My website lacks functionality in some areas. The CRM isn't great so I end up using a different one which causes double work. Also, the search feature doesn't include commercial listings or Lots and Land.

You pay for what you get. Z57 is an affordable, reliable website solution it just doesn't have some bells and whistles you may get at other places.

The CRM is good. I like the automation on the email campaigns and the social posting. The website itself looks clean and making changes isn't that difficult. I was able to configure my whole site with very little help. I also like that it can auto-import new leads from Zillow and I believe several other lead sources.

**What do you dislike about PropertyPulse?**

The dashboard and the website are very slow. I also wish there was an APP for the dashboard so I could manage my CRM while away from the computer. I would also like to see social posting branch out to all social platforms including Linkedin, and Instagram.

**What problems is PropertyPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email campaigns and Facebook posting are definitely the biggest time saver for me and time is always a problem. The benefit is that I have more time to concentrate on other aspects of my business.

I like when you have any questions they are able to answer you and help you right away. Customer service is great. Very courteous. I like about the CRM and once the system is up and running you get notified on leads.

trying to understand the site. A little confusing but I am learning. Things need to be simple and maybe have more videos and webinars on learning the product and how to work it and how to implement the different tabs.

Learn everything about the product and ask lots of questions. Call customer service when you are confused or have questions. Once you learn how to navigate the website it becomes easier to understand
