Absolutely nothing. This company failed to produce any successful leads whatsoever for my listing and charged me without even publishing my listing for the amount of time I paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website makes it seem like I was paying for 3 month's worth of active listings. I disabled my listing while I was busy renovating the office and thought I could renew the listing for the rest of my term. The person I spoke to on the phone said I could pause the listing until was ready but I just called in today and now they're saying they can't renew my listing or use the payments I made towards actually publishing my listing for the 3 months I already paid for. I asked for a refund or at the very least the other 2 months' worth of active listing for my property and they refused. They were also incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone. The phone agent called me personally insulted me. I'm having to file a fraud charge with my bank to resolve it. As a small business struggling to make ends meet, paying $600 for absolutely nothing is devastating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
