**What do you like best about Collection-Master?**

That it is focused  on the collections industry.

**What do you dislike about Collection-Master?**

It is not intuitive. The instructions, guides and even their AI helper does not give straight forward answers for anyone to easily understand where to find something, how to do something, what does something mean in the UI or have a clear response for any question on how to do anything in the software.

**What problems is Collection-Master solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Withholds collection accounts data.

**What do you like best about Collection-Master?**

Very easy to use,  has adequate features to accommodate all aspects of lawsuits and collections and store documents

**What do you dislike about Collection-Master?**

It is cumbersome to switch between two files for the same debtor. Interest can only be calculated on the full balance due, not on a principal amount, so simple interest must be calculated by hand

**What problems is Collection-Master solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this to manage files, documents, and accounting for lawsuits. It works well for this purpose.
