I’ve seen a lot of small firms start with something like ZWCAD or ActCAD and then hit a wall not on drafting, but on deliverables. The real test isn’t “can it draft,” it’s “does anything break when you send it out.” Plot styles, Xrefs, client markups, DWG round-tripping. If you’ve actually used ZWCAD or ActCAD on stamped drawings, did anyone on the client or agency side ever push back on file compatibility or formatting?
