I like the flexibility of Cognito Forms. Having access to themes and branding templates is a big plus, as it allows us to use our logo to be familiar to our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

It's clunky when you want to use the people field or draw from other forms. I want it to work with my database but it doesn't, so I have to use Zapier to integrate the data, which is a hassle. The initial setup was not easy for my team because they are not technical, and it presented a learning curve that caused frustration. Consequently, they don't design the forms.
