**Describe the project or task SYNERGY helped with:**

Synergy Technology is the partner that helps with deployment, maintenance and technical support. Synergy Technology worked to create our initial SuperOffice deployment using their consultants to configure the server and database environment. They also provide technical support and update the application with bug fixes. Synergy Technology also offer customisation of the SuperOffice platform.

**What do you like best about SYNERGY?**

Synergy Technology are helpful, responsive and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about SYNERGY?**

I do not particularly dislike anything about Synergy Technology, they do what is required and do it well.

**What problems is SYNERGY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synergy Technology help us with our CRM integration and deployment planning.

Mostly use this to pull jde tick for field service employees  works ok can load calender to outlook but if changen in synergy is dosnt change other places

**What do you like best about SYNERGY?**

Easy to use for people who are computer literate

We recently switched to Synergy to store member information

**What do you like best about SYNERGY?**

I like that it is mapped into Symitar- our core system.

**What do you dislike about SYNERGY?**

It’s very hard to navigate. It doesn’t make a lot of sense.
