"Flexible, Customizable Forms That Streamline Our Team Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

We have been using Cognito Forms for over 6 years. Our clients submit requests and we use this as a workflow to manage incoming tasks amongst the team. The tool provides a great view into what tasks and requests are new, being worked on and which have been completed. This reduces the staff time needed for updates as it is very transparent and the team can view the queue. The ability to customize the forms is very flexible and if a client has a question or issue trying to use a form, we can quickly make a change so the form is easier to use. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

When we first started to use Cognito forms the pricing was great. Like many businesses, as costs have risen, they needed to increase prices. Not a significant cost, but it prompted us to look around at other solutions, but we have remained with Cognito forms due to the flexibility and customizations available. "Versatile, Easy-to-Use Forms That Save Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

What I like best about Cognito Forms is how versatile and easy it is to use. I use it for almost everything that requires me to collect information from people, from registrations and requests to business forms and other data collection. I especially appreciate being able to customize forms to fit different needs while keeping everything organized in one place. It has become one of my go-to tools because it saves me time and makes collecting information much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

There isn't much that I dislike about Cognito Forms. If I had to choose one area for improvement, it would be making some of the more advanced features and settings a little easier to find and navigate. Occasionally, it takes some trial and error to figure out how to make a form behave exactly the way I want. More built-in guidance or simplified options for advanced features would make an already great platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cognito Forms Powers My Business with Intuitive, App-Like Forms"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

Cognito Forms has become the backbone of how I run my business and manage client work. The builder is intuitive enough that I've created more than 70 forms myself, from client intake and proposals to a full client portal, and features like calculated fields, conditional logic and lookups let a single form work like a small app. I collect deposits and payments right inside my forms, and I've connected Cognito to Claude so I can pull entries and build forms inside my AI workflows without exporting anything. Even my longest multi-page onboarding forms run smoothly, and entries come through reliably every time. It does the job of several tools I'd otherwise pay for separately, like e-signatures, payment collection and simple databases, and one of my nonprofit clients runs its entire expense report and payment request process on it. The templates and help articles made it easy to get up and running, and the AI form generation turns a plain description into a working first draft, which speeds up every new client setup. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

My biggest frustration is losing work. More than once I've been basically done building a form, opened it in Preview to test it, and had it stall, time out and go completely blank. Because the builder doesn't autosave, everything I hadn't saved was gone and I had to start the whole build over, which is a painful way to lose an afternoon. Calculations can also be tricky. The expression syntax is powerful, but when I know exactly what result I want and can't work out how to write it, I end up searching help articles and testing over and over. It's also frustrating to hear about a new feature I've been waiting for, only to realize there's no easy way to add it to the forms that already need it. With dozens of forms in use, updating them one by one isn't realistic, so the forms that would benefit most often go without it. Autosave in the builder, more worked examples for common calculations, and a way to apply new features across existing forms would make a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cognito Forms Makes Event Registrations Easy with Powerful Conditional Logic"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I use Cognito Forms primarily for event registrations. The most important feature for us is the conditional logic that allows us to create class schedules and enrollments on a first-come/first-served basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The only complication I have experienced is the inability to modify entries involving charges once an entry has been submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless, User-Friendly Forms with Unparalleled Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

Cognito integrates seamlessly into our website backend and is extraordinarily user-friendly. It helps us stay organized and provides every feature we need for gathering data from our users. The customer and IT support with Cognito is unparalleled—I’ve consistently been impressed with their response time. I also appreciate that the company keeps features up to date, current, and accessible. Other important features are: the forms save our staff time and enable us to perform our jobs better. The forms are powerful and process information quickly, and they track data very well. Cognito is in a perfect price point for organizations, especially non-profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I feel the only downside is that there isn’t an integrated version history feature. It would be helpful to access the form in its previous versions in case we missed something or need to refer back to an earlier draft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All Our Forms and Tasks in One Place—Huge Time-Saver"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

All of our forms and tasks are in one place. The clients can see everything and my staff has access to everything. No more looking for emails in other platforms or spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The e-sign option could be better. I would like the ability to lock views on forms so my staff can't override the settings accidentally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy No-Code Checks That Save Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The form is easy to use, the rules are simple to build, and making checks without any coding has saved us a lot of time. Logical conditions can be challenging at first, but the many examples available give good ideas that I can adapt to my needs. Everything connects well, entries are simple to handle, and the system works very reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

Logical conditions and workflows can be confusing at first, and you cannot fully customize fonts or the layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Interface with Helpful On-Screen Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I really like being able to add payment features to my website. When I’m working on the forms and get stuck, the on-screen agent is very helpful for resolving the issue. And if I still can’t figure it out, the agent will submit a ticket for me. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I haven't really identified any dislikes up to this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Occasional Setup Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I like Cognito Forms because it's an easy way for my patients to fill out intake forms, and I appreciate that I can change things as my practice changes. It's pretty easy to adjust something, and patients seem to find it easy to use. I find it convenient that they can save their work and come back to it later. I also didn't have any problems with the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

Occasionally creating some of the templates can get confusing, especially if I haven't done it in a while, but overall it's pretty user-friendly. Also, they recently increased the price and didn't let me know about it in advance, which I didn't like because I don't like surprise increases. I feel like I should have received an email indicating the price hike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
