**What do you like best about Cogi Call Recording?**

ease of use to obtain recordings! everything is really clear in the playback.

**What do you dislike about Cogi Call Recording?**

in my opinion, the transcribing could be better.

**What problems is Cogi Call Recording solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before Cogi, we hadn't explored capturing the calls/recording. Now we do and have records when needed for when there are incidents.

**What do you like best about Cogi Call Recording?**

Easy to use interface that enables recording calls, and then sharing those conversations with others, highlighting key parts of the conversation, and having those conversations transcribed if necessary. 

**What do you dislike about Cogi Call Recording?**

Haven't made extensive use of transcription service, but last I tried, it didn't work very well.

**Recommendations to others considering Cogi Call Recording:**

Great product that's easy to use and manage with flexible pricing plans.
