# Which mobile device management (MDM) platforms minimize adoption resistance and team pushback during full rollout?

A platform can have every feature on paper and still fail if employees dread setting up a new device on it, or if the IT team spends the first month fielding complaints instead of doing anything else.

Jamf: Reviewers describe zero-touch deployment through Apple Business Manager where a new hire unboxes a Mac, connects to Wi-Fi, and the device configures itself with no IT interaction needed, which is about as close to zero pushback as device rollout gets. Does that zero-touch experience hold up equally well for a mixed Windows and Apple fleet, or is the smooth rollout really an Apple-only story?

The platform has maintained a 98% customer satisfaction score for five-plus years, which reviewers attribute directly to the low-friction end-user experience.

In my experience the rollout experience comes down to prep as much as the tool itself. Even with something built for zero-touch deployment, enrollment profiles and Wi-Fi settings need to be sorted out ahead of time or people still end up waiting around on day one.
