**What do you like best about CoBrowse?**

The application is most efficient in the basic use case, which is co-browsing. It works smoothly and live screen sharing is very good; I can easily explain different sections of a website or solve any online issue of a customer without our actually being face to face.

**What do you dislike about CoBrowse?**

Observing some of these values such as customer conduct particularly during co-browsing and adaptation processes is quite difficult. This raises an issue if one wants to quantify the value of co-browsing in improving customer satisfaction.

**What problems is CoBrowse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cobrowse. iO is also useful in making complex diagnostic and explanation easier because I get to view whatever the customer is seeing on the screen. This greatly helps to reduce time taken to attend to complaints and improve customer contact through quick response to support.

I love how easy it is to use CoBrowse. The product is such a game-changer when looking to solve complex user issues in real-time without having to install software onto their computer. Just click a link and you can instantly start solving user issues.

**What do you dislike about CoBrowse?**

Nothing really comes to mind. The product is absolutely amazing.

**Recommendations to others considering CoBrowse:**

Anyone looking to dramatically improve customer support.

Support questions, product questions, creating customer happiness, and reducing support time to resolution.

Setup took less than 5 minutes. That was mostly me trying to figure out my word press site again.

**What do you dislike about CoBrowse?**

Haven't found anything just yet we dislike.

**What problems is CoBrowse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We appreciate understanding the interaction visitors are having with our site. Much more beneficial for us that just looking at analytics. Working out our strategy for remote support as well. Will be very helpful for our home based customers.
