What do you like best about CoBrowse?

The application is most efficient in the basic use case, which is co-browsing. It works smoothly and live screen sharing is very good; I can easily explain different sections of a website or solve any online issue of a customer without our actually being face to face. What do you dislike about CoBrowse?

Observing some of these values such as customer conduct particularly during co-browsing and adaptation processes is quite difficult. This raises an issue if one wants to quantify the value of co-browsing in improving customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
