**What do you like best about Coax?**

Bringing my social media, email, calls, web forms, live chat and SMS into the one place means I can see a full history for all my customers!

**What do you dislike about Coax?**

I wish it has Whatsapp, but i hear it's not far away!

**What problems is Coax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By centralising all of my communication, i don't miss any enquiries, allowing me to provide better customer service and make more sales.
