**What do you like best about cOASIS?**

What I like most about cOASIS is how it brings structure to processes that can otherwise become scattered across different tools or manual steps. In my experience, the platform is especially useful when you need better visibility, consistency, and control over operational workflows. The interface feels practical rather than overly complex, and once the main setup is in place, it becomes easier to track what is happening and keep information organized.

**What do you dislike about cOASIS?**

There is still some room for improvement in terms of onboarding and day-to-day usability. Some areas can take a bit of time to understand at first, especially if you are new to the platform or if your process has specific requirements. A more guided setup experience, clearer examples, or more contextual help inside the tool would make adoption smoother.

**What problems is cOASIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cOASIS helps reduce the need to manage processes manually or across disconnected systems. It makes it easier to centralize information, follow progress, and keep teams aligned around the same workflow. The main benefit is having more confidence that tasks, data, and process steps are being handled in a consistent way, instead of relying on scattered communication or manual tracking.
