**What do you like best about CloudKettle?**

It was easy to engage the team and work through the costing model to begin to onboard. The fact this can plug into many platforms makes ut future proof if internal strategy changes.

**What do you dislike about CloudKettle?**

There is not to much at this stage to add on the dislikes section

**Recommendations to others considering CloudKettle:**

Be very specific in your requirements or what you are looking for with the team as this will help you get a better experience overall.

**What problems is CloudKettle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudkettle is solving the problem of maximising revenue while using sales force.  It has benefited  us by be able to leverage the experience of the cloudkettle team in defining strategy inline with the organisations main goals.

**Describe the project or task CloudKettle helped with:**

Swept is growing quickly and we need to surround ourselves with people who understand what we are going through. We refuse to have someone slap us on the back and say we are doing a great job when it is clear we can improve.  CloudKettle helped us set up our CRM based on our needs and with a full understanding of who we serve. They helped us define our persona, create messaging, and target them. Huge value add. 

**What do you like best about CloudKettle?**

CloudKettle is able to cut through the fluff, help us pin down key messaging and keep sales team members focused and hunting effectively. They challenge us to think bigger, sell more, and move faster.

**What do you dislike about CloudKettle?**

I can't put my finger on anything here. I would like to share something to help you (and CloudKettle), but it was great.

Be direct, tell them what you need and what concerns you. Set everyone up for success and you won't be disappointed.

Cloudkettle worked with us to define a go to market strategy and and tactics to drive the cost of customer acquisition down.

**What do you like best about CloudKettle?**

Cloudkettle consultants established a regular check in and feedback mechanism that we loved. It allowed us to recalibrate our campaigns quickly based on their feedback. 

**What do you dislike about CloudKettle?**

Nothing particular. We increased our ROI and decreased our costs. Nothing to complain about there.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudKettle:**

Ensure that the ask is clear at the beginning of the engagement 

**What problems is CloudKettle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our cost of customer acquisition was too high. With cloud kettle we brought it down 38%
