The support team at Cloud Coach has been superb, and the releases continue to add value across various project management functionalities. Building on top of the solution with standard Salesforce is a great way to customize this to fit niche use-cases. Our team is in a better spot today than we were prior due to the functionality provided by Cloud Coach. **What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?** The needs for a consulting company are slightly different than the main use cases where Cloud Coach excels. The initial alignment and set-up to get the most out of the extensive feature set takes quite some time and thought to align to business processes. User experience could be better, and has been moving in the right direction with the newest releases. Documentation is difficult to find, requiring extensive reaching out to the Cloud Coach support team. **What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to track customer-facing projects while forecasting allocations for the entire team as we look forward to company growth. Today, we can see a single steel thread from the Sales cycle to implementation and post-project close. I have been a Cloud Coach User for almost three years and have seen the product change and improve drastically over that time. Feature Requests and feedback are not only welcomed, but actively reviewed and put into the product. This is a company that has scaled with their clients and continues to show every desire to continue that trend. They truly are partners, not just a product. **What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?** I would Love to see an easier way to assign and manage user licenses in Cloud Coach as there are My Day and Power Users. At this point it is still an admin responsibility, but even this has become easier with better permission management and customizations through the Cloud Coach Admin Tab in Salesforce. **Recommendations to others considering Cloud Coach:** Cloud Coach is committed to developing a long-lasting solution. I recommend using Cloud Coach as a foundation and then build any enhancements on top of that, rather than trying to rebuild the tool based on your process. This tool is made to help you refine your process. Please take advantage of their efforts to continuously enhance this tool. **What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any company has "projects,' and at the end of the day, that work gets done, but we were having trouble managing the cost/profitability of our customer engagements. Although the app hasn’t been released to the team yet to begin the project, I am confident that with a little training, they will all get up to speed quickly. I also have been very pleased with the amount of available information I need as the SF Admin on the website, the weekly webinars and amazing Customer Service Support. **What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?** I haven't found anything as of yet that I dislike. **What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needed an easy to use PM tool to integrate with Salesforce. Will be a time saver as all the resources (users), accounts, contacts, etc. are already in Salesforce that will be needed on the project. A Smartsheet was suggested as an alternative to this app but would have required too much user training and additional work to link info from Smartsheet to Salesforce. Users are already using Salesforce so it should be a short learning curve to use the app. ### 16.
