Limitations on sub-items/processes/phases is problematic. Managability of dependencies and the "cannot start before" constraint is not helpful to me. Time-tracking is somewhat cumbersome and convoluted, and is not robust enough to support organizations with a heavy focus on tracking billable and chargeable time. Difficulty sharing documentation or uploading attachments.
