**What do you like best about Cloohawk?**

It monitors posts and tracks engagement. Very easy to use and follow. Daily analytics is an excellent tool for our company to understand our social media engagement.

**What do you dislike about Cloohawk?**

There is nothing to dislike about Cloohawk. We have found it very easy to use as a company and it does everything we need it to! Definitely no complaints so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloohawk:**

Definitely give this a go, it's easy to use.

**What problems is Cloohawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to gain a greater understanding of our social media engagement and how we are interacting with Twitter followers.

Not available for Facebook and Instagram.

**What do you like best about Cloohawk?**

I started using cloohawk as a beta - it works on my computer. I like their response to problems. I like their daily emails about my twitter analytics.

**What do you dislike about Cloohawk?**

I’m not sure yet how effective it is - still giving it a try.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloohawk:**

Give it a free trial.

Helps me to get a better knowledge of my twitter followers and keep track of competition.
