**What do you like best about Clock PMS?**

I found Clock PMS to be a complete tool. It allowed us to easily connect to booking agencies like Booking or Expedia, making it very easy to share availability and sell everything, which helped in avoiding overbookings and mistakes. It was the core of the company and enabled us to update availability automatically across multiple platforms, so I didn’t have to do it one by one. The initial setup was very easy, as the Clock team helped a lot.

**What do you dislike about Clock PMS?**

Downloading information was not perfect. Usually needed time to give a correct format to Excel files with the information that I downloaded from there. Information could have been presented in a better way. Most of the time, when I downloaded information to Excel, tables were not in order, or you could not personify what you downloaded as much as you would like.

**What problems is Clock PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clock PMS transformed our manual operation with automation, connecting seamlessly with booking agencies like Booking and Expedia. It centralized availability updates across platforms, minimizing errors and overbookings and significantly improving our workflow efficiency.

**What do you like best about Clock PMS?**

I used this over the summer and during a winter holiday while helping out a friend who owns a small boutique hotel. Coming from the accounting world, I loved the fact that the time management Clock PMS provided was extraordinary. Sucha  simple software suite that made managing the day to day so much easier, especially for someone not used to the hospitality business.

**What do you dislike about Clock PMS?**

I really couldn't find anything I didn't like about it. Clock always seemed to work and was loved by those managing and delegating, and the employees working at the hotel. The only thing I can say that was a bit of a pain was adjusting room rates. We had times when we were low on inventory, but wanted to make sure we were fully booked and had problems getting the software to update, but we found fixes on the fly.

**What problems is Clock PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone that never had experience in the hospital system, I was able to step right into the seasonal role and work at a much faster clip as compared to what I think would have occurred if I didn't have a good management software.

**What do you like best about Clock PMS?**

The most best thing about Clock PMS is that it is one of the best one stop solution for all hotel management problems. As it is the most efficient and reliable tool to help the managers to manage the hotels and its services in a very effective manner. And it is the best platform which helps the hotels in increase thier annual revenue. So its a one stop solution for all hotel management problems.

**What do you dislike about Clock PMS?**

There is nothing much to dislike about Clock PMS as it  is very good and efficient solution provider for all hotel management related issues. But still there is a scope of improvement in its UI/UX to make it more user firendly so user wouldn't get confused while using it. Other than this this is a show stopper.

**What problems is Clock PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clock PMS solves the problem of all hotel management issues like collaborate with corporate, helping in boost in hotels revenue,manage reservations smoothly, manages all bookings and cancelllations in an effective manner, able to manage and process large amount of data, connect leading channel manager and CRS. So all these porblems are solved by Clock PMS in current fastest technically growing society.

The client's business productivity is increased and improved. Clock has proven to be a good cloud PMS, easy to use and with advanced functions

**What do you dislike about Clock PMS?**

The installation is a bit heavy because you need to be very precise and meticulous. It takes some time to set the product in the best way

Clock was important for simplifying the management of bookings and related payments

Support can be slow and there are still fine tuning to be completed

**What do you like best about Clock PMS?**

It allows a complete management with your hotel, from the reservation, the payment, even the management of cards for the keys, we think it is very safe

**What do you dislike about Clock PMS?**

Initial data loading can be very complex, entering rates, rooms, pricing plans can take a long time if you don't have the specific format. Despite being very complete, it does not have all the features that we would have liked as an area where the customer can have a history of their reservations

It is essential to have a specific format to setup the data.
