I used this over the summer and during a winter holiday while helping out a friend who owns a small boutique hotel. Coming from the accounting world, I loved the fact that the time management Clock PMS provided was extraordinary. I really couldn't find anything I didn't like about it. Clock always seemed to work and was loved by those managing and delegating, and the employees working at the hotel. The only thing I can say that was a bit of a pain was adjusting room rates. We had times when we were low on inventory, but wanted to make sure we were fully booked and had problems getting the software to update, but we found fixes on the fly. The most best thing about Clock PMS is that it is one of the best one stop solution for all hotel management problems. As it is the most efficient and reliable tool to help the managers to manage the hotels and its services in a very effective manner. There is nothing much to dislike about Clock PMS as it is very good and efficient solution provider for all hotel management related issues. But still there is a scope of improvement in its UI/UX to make it more user firendly so user wouldn't get confused while using it. Other than this this is a show stopper.
