ClinicOS by ACS Reviews & Product Details

ClinicOS by ACS is a cloud-based clinic management system and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform developed by Automated Client System (ACS International Agency OPC), built specifically for private clinics in the Philippines. It serves as a complete clinic operating system — combining EMR, SOAP notes, appointment scheduling, billing and invoicing, staff workflow management, and RA 10173-aligned record-keeping tools in a single, browser-based web application that requires no software installation or in-house IT team. Designed for solo doctors, multi-doctor practices, and multi-branch clinic chains, ClinicOS replaces paper charts, spreadsheets, and fragmented communication tools (like Viber groups) with one organized, real-time system. Patient records are fully searchable, audit-logged, and accessible from any browser, eliminating lost or misfiled folders. Key capabilities include AI-assisted SOAP notes with smart drug and lab autocomplete that learns from each clinic's prescribing patterns — suggesting medications, dosages, lab tests, and diagnoses as the doctor types. The system supports multiple diagnoses per visit, one-click printable forms (prescriptions, medical certificates, referral letters), and structured visit histories. The appointment scheduling module features a real-time shared calendar that syncs instantly across all staff and doctors, with color-coded patient statuses (booked, waiting, in consult, done) and automated SMS and email reminders to reduce no-shows. Each appointment is directly linked to the patient's chart and billing record. Billing and invoicing is built into every plan, allowing clinics to generate invoices from consultations with one click, track payment status, and monitor clinic revenue — without separate spreadsheets. While direct in-app payment processing (GCash, Maya, cards) is not yet available, clinics can record payments made through external channels. For multi-branch and multi-doctor clinics, ClinicOS provides a unified dashboard where each branch maintains its own schedules, patient records, and revenue data, all accessible from a single login. Role-based access controls ensure staff only see what they need, and audit logs track all record activity to support Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) compliance. Specialty templates are available for OB-GYN, ENT, Dental (including Odontogram, Treatment Plan, Extractions, and RCT), and Pediatric clinics. Patient file attachments (JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF up to 25 MB) can be uploaded and linked to specific visits or patient records. Additional features include offline mode with trusted-device access (Professional plan), bulk patient import via CSV or Excel (up to 5,000 patients at a time), PhilHealth coding module, data subject request management, and a built-in affiliate program. The platform commits to 99.9% monthly uptime with automated daily backups retained for 30 days. ClinicOS is priced in Philippine Pesos with local payment methods (GCash, Maya, bank transfer), making it purpose-built for the Philippine healthcare market. Plans range from a free forever tier to an enterprise tier for hospital groups and clinic chains, with no hidden fees, no per-patient charges, and no long-term contracts.
