The CTMS is easy to implement with other EDC Systems f.e. Marvin EDC

**What do you dislike about Clindex?**

The UI could be improved. But the overall design is ok

**What problems is Clindex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you need a Clinical Trial Management Software, you can easily implement the one of clindex/Fortress Medical

Usability, work friendly and easy to move around in the system

**What do you dislike about Clindex?**

Sometime there is a lag time. Don't know if it is the software or the system itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Clindex:**

User friendly system

**What problems is Clindex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worked with system to find the bugs and report them to the IT department.

**What do you like best about Clindex?**

Clindex has a clean, clear, and intuitive UI that results in excellent UX. This alone makes it great. 

**What do you dislike about Clindex?**

Clindex lacks the brand name of a big EDC/CTMS/CDMS suite or application. It's not Oracle or Medidata. While it certainly doesn't have to be, choosing it is difficult for mid level vendor selection operatives in large and midsize pharma. 

**What problems is Clindex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clindex makes data input, management, and output fast and efficient, and it does so cost-effectively vs larger branded competition.
