**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

ClickLearn is an easy tool to use, it saves hours of time when creating training material. Learning content is provided in multiple formats automatically, this includes Word, PDF and a variety of video types.
Support team are very responsive and our Customer Success Manager is very supportive and available.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

The only thing I would say here is that it would be great if there were more support videos available as we prefer to self-service where possible

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of time it would take to create documentation/learning material across a whole new platform is reduced when compared to the way we have done this, i.e. screen shot and manually annotated. Only one type of material created

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

The fact that you only need to record your processes once, and it creates all the different learning formats from that saved recording.

Being able to store all your created recordings in "Projects", and display these to the user in a format they will understand.

The one-to-one personal on hand support and advise whenever it is needed.

Implementation and set up is very easy.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

If you copy a recording from one project to another and then amend the recording, it doesn't amend the copy.

Training and standardisation of processes that the different businesses in the group use.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

The ease with which I can document and surface user guides to clients and the variety of ways they can access the information. So much easier than any competitors on the market, faster and with better output and greater ease of use. I love all the new features that just seem to keep coming along too!

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

Dislike? I really do not think there is a single thing that I dislike about the tool. I would certainly never look to replace it. There are no improvements I would currently like to see that are not already on the roadmap.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves all the potential problems of createing consistent and coherant user adoption material. It even allows for ease of updating that materialas things inevitably change. The studio is easy to navigate, lots of features that save time and effort. It is great how the portals are so much more effective now with all the additional structure and information they display.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

ClickLearn makes it quick and easy to create work instructions for IFS and web apps. A company can easily maintain consistency between all the documents created and update them efficiently. The ClickLearn Community and support system are very responsive as well. They will go out of their way to help you out with any needs you have.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

I wish that the templates for creating work instructions were more flexible in terms of stylization. An implementation guide and best practices document would be helpful so we could have a smoother implementation.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have/had process documentation spread for each of our product groups spread out all over our network. The documentation is old and difficult to find. ClickLearn is forcing us to review all of this, modernize it, and consolidate it into a central repository. Our process documentation will now be much easier to find and will also serve as a training hub for our teams.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

I have enjoyed watching Click Learn software updates expedite business process recordings on multiple platforms. I started using Click Learn in May 2022, and I have noticed a quicker response time for the "green box" when jumping from one software platform to another. I have also dived into ClickLearn's automated-regression testing with terrific initial results.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

One thing that seems to happen often is when I am demoing ClickLearn, and there has been an "update," it takes a while for an internet extension (Google or Chrome) to be released that correctly lines up the "green box." Typically, the green box for browser extensions seems to start working better a few days after the new software platform update. This delay can give first time authors being introduced to Click Learn a bad "first" end user experience.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickLearn has released automated regression testing which has helped my company utilize another important tool of ClickLearn beyond the recording software and portal.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

After recording the initial clicks, the editing options allow for personalisation. Having the ability to include instruction elements, screenshots and snips allows me to add plenty of detail to the training and humanises the courses.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

The automatic wording for clicks is not always structured in the best way so it does sound quite 'techy' at first. It is easy enough to edit these, but for a course with lot's of steps it takes  a long time to edit them all. 
E.G Click on the Button Save should be Click on the Save Button. It just reads better and sounds better with the digital voice. 
Publishing templates are tricky to set up.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our Team Members across the world to experience the same level of training for our software has been invaluable. Having something which will produce in all our languages saves so much time which results on better time utilisation.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

ClickLearn allows me to easily produce learning materials to support our business in multiple formats. Creating the material once by recording process steps, adding the narrative and then being able to produce the materials in multiple formats to match user learning styles.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

The only thing I dislike is when editing a recording it reloads every step after each edit. This is not an issue with the product, just a personal observation. Not sure if this could be improved as the data is stored on the cloud and it may not be possible to change.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using ClickLearn resolves the issue of having to continually write/create paper-based training materials. The benefits to our organisation means that training materials are now available to our user community 24x7 and accessible on multiple devices. It is making the production of supporting/e-learning materials much more streamlined and consistent across the organisation. It also solves the issue of being able to support individual learning styles.

I love how easy it is to set up and get to creating your content.  The portal is clean and neat, and the tool itself to actually create your content is very easy to use.  The training staff was very helpful in teaching us how to use the product as well.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

There's nothing that I dislike about ClickLearn at the moment.  We have only been using it for a few weeks now but we love it!

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickLearn is giving us the ability to create custom training material for our new ERP program.  We've used other tools in the past, but none of them compare to ClickLearn.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

ClickLearn allows us to easily create training material in a cooperative way. The good things are too many to count : it is easy to use, efficient, allows multiple document formats (text, video, etc...), helps with the translation part...

So far, we only used the visible part of the iceberg, but the results are already very good. Depending on our needs, we'll go deeper in (creation of voice-acted videos in multiple languages, support/learning portal, assistant...)

We really appreciate the tool and the support !

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

So far, we didn't find anything that we really disliked. Training material is stil a resource-consuming task, but a lot less with ClickLearn than without.

Go for it !

  ### 14. Timesaver for creating documents

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

Just by clicking in fields, it will build the entire document for me.  I tend to go in and add a little more to each one to personalize it for our company, which is very easy.  I have learned how to place a link to the portal into each Dynamics app so that users have it readily available when they are working Cases in Dynamics.  No more remembering where to go to find the training when a question comes up and they need help.  This has helped lower the number of help desk tickets that I receive for support.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

When creating the training on one monitor size, then needing to update a document on another monitor size (like a laptop once we all moved to remote working)  it won't allow it.  I've had to recreate some trainings from scratch.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small organization that does not have a training department.  ClickLearn gave me the ability to quickly create training documents with minimal disruption to my normal day-to-day work.  Other departments have been able to utilize ClickLearn for their work as well.  ClickLearn also gives a consistent look and feel to the trainings, which makes them look like they were done by professional writers.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

The functioonality to replay recordings in other languages was a game changer. I was working under very tight deadlines and the translation function generally worked well. This ws new functionalty for me to use in Click Learn and the support from Peter (CSM) and Morten (support) was fantastic - the prompt responses and making themselves accessible to help with queries and issues meant allowed me to complete the project within the deadlines of the project.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

I find Click learn a little restrictive in terms of the ability to edit recordings if you make a mistake unlike in tools like Captivate/Artriculate where you have more ability to edit directly on the recorded screen. Mistakes would often require a re-record and with minimal data available this was at times frustaratiing. We were using an old version of Click Learn  and the laptops provided by the customer to be able to carry out the project were not the most powerful and made development very frustrating at times.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to provide the customer with Work Instructions and end user training. I believe Attain is a much improved version of Click Learn than the version that our customer required us to use which would bring more productivity.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

We used ClickLearn extensively as a part of our ERP implementations. It’s an absolute game changer! ClickLearn made it possible to train employees on our new system and processes with advanced efficiency. One of the keys to its success is how easy it is to create step by step recordings. The simplicity allowed us to shift that responsibility out of I.T., and into the business. This gave our limited I.T. resources time to work on other tasks. 

Since going live with our ERP, ClickLearn is still being used on a daily basis and has become part of our new hire training.

I can’t recommend ClickLearn enough.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

ClickLearn studio is clunky for the non-recording work.

We use ClickLearn to help train users on our ERP system. It was exceptional as part of our launch, and is now part of our daily work and new hire training.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

Click Learn Attain has become incredibly useful and easier to use.  The new features have made our training content more robust and efficient for content creators and users.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

I think the wording in the text boxes needs to be examined.  Often the text to speech becomes awkward and does not sound like it is using correct grammar. It can be edited but becomes time-consuming when every slide needs to be altered.

It has made our training content uniform across global territories.  This ensures that everyone is on equal footing regarding the training. And creates efficiency in monitoring the levels of understanding.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

We just upgraded to ClickLearn Attain. Their support service is outstanding. It's effortless to schedule time with a trainer as needed. We like that Attain generates videos, documentation and training, all with one recording. It also integrates nicely with our ERP application. We are hoping to use it's software testing capabilities in the future for regression testing.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

Creating documentation with ClickLearn Attain takes more time than just transacting in the ERP application. Some expectations around this may have been too high. The prompts required are all necessary to get a good result. Also, there is a small learning curve so it's best to limit the number of people that create documentation to a manageable number. We will likely have 10-12 documenters for all processes.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting user procedures for our new EPR application. Will use this to on-board new users in the future.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

I enjoy the various different mediums such as videos, presentations (PPT) and word documents.  I also believe the features and functionalities are easier to use than the prior version.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

I still have issues with starting and stopping the video, some areas it does not seem as user friendly.  Sometimes the software does not capture the correct text or buttons even though the green box is hovering over the appropriate content,

Clicklearn is solving the need to more efficiently reference training documentation that effectively captures our standard operating procedures without being bogged down with user error/user invention.

The best thing about ClickLearn is that you can easily record trainings step by step and help employees to follow the steps

It often happens that bugs arise and so, already recorded recordings are deleted and so repeated effort arises

ClickLearn has helped create elaborate training materials and schedules. This makes it easier for the users as well as the trainees to use the new software.

I really like that end users with different learning styles can learn in their natural perspective styles.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

1. Clicklearn provides the abilty to provide context sensitive on demand training and help materials in multiple formats (video, web, pdf etc) for unlimited internal & external users.   
2. Being able to produce consistent content with the same messages in multiple formats is incredibly valuable. 
2. Recording and editing content is relatively quick and easy to learn and perform.
3. With a continuously evolving application (quarterly releases of new and updated functionality), Clicklearn reduced the overall and ongoing effort to maintain the updates to all materials.  
4. The ability to review both summary and detailed usage statistics was very valuable in determining what content was being used.  
5.The Clicklearn support team is excellent in responding to product feedback and dealing with occasional issues.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

1. Using Clicklearn in a multi-content contributer and multi-product (D365, Salesforce, Custom web apps) environment with content storage in OneDrive/SharePoint was very complicated to figure out. 
2. Setting consistancy in recording style and incorporating introduction content (ala PowerPoint slides) took considerable effort and ingenuity.  
3. Linking specific transactions to the appropriate help required a D365 customization.
4. Publishing portal content with 100+ recordings would have to be done in the evening in order to avoid any issues with OneDrive syncing.

**Recommendations to others considering ClickLearn:**

Newer Attain version will likely solve a number of our challenges.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We eliminated multiple sources of help and training materials with ClickLearn.  In-person classroom-based training was also significantly reduced.

I love how easily ClickLearn captures the steps I am recording in my training environment and that I can customize it to reflect my audience's needs.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

ClickLearn can be a challenge to learn. They do provide an online community that supports the user, but the basic user steps to start using it is not easy to find.

**Recommendations to others considering ClickLearn:**

ClickLearn is a wonderful tool with a vast amount of capabilities. I have only begun to delve into the amazing functionalities the system is capable of. Being able to provide the end user with not just a training video and documentation but the ability to be hands on with their training and learn at their own pace is beneficial to our company.
ClickLearn has been quick to provide support as well as implement many of the suggestions or recommendations that we have made.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our purpose in creating modules is to train external users. Our users are located country wide. Creating modules within ClickLearn allows us to meet the needs of our audience regardless of where they are located.
It is also allowing us to onboard new hires within the company, thus saving the company time and resources.

**What do you like best about ClickLearn?**

The best feature of ClickLearn is the ability to re-record trainings quickly to update screenshots. This is a great way to create similar trainings with different forms for different business units or update as forms change.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

Reporting on some details was limited and there was a learning curve on getting this data into PowerBI to analyze. We would like a way to assign trainings and view when they are completed by certain users.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had trouble keeping training up to date and ensuring we had training available for new releases. Plus finding the correct person with the bandwidth to create these trainings. 
ClickLearn allowed us to include training as part of our release planning and reduce the time to create. Plus have all materials accessible from a centralized place.

ClickLearn allows you to accelerate training delivery while also enhancing the end-user training experience.  The Show Me, Test Me, Try Me features and various learning formats are a game changer to helping end users quickly embrace business process changes.  

ClickLearn has become a true partner with our organization in helping us offer a better mode of training which has caused growth in the adoption of their product suite across our enterprise. This partnership has made various teams much more efficient in their training delivery.  ClickLearn has allowed us to migrate to self-service training, drastically decreasing the need for in-person training and troubleshooting.  Since the onset of our relationship their team is always there to help us whenever needed. 

The breadth of the ClickLearn offering allows us to leverage the solution across Web Apps, Microsoft Office, Windows, Dynamics CRM, and the Power Platform.

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

N/A. This product will help your training delivery regardless of industry vertical. This solution has saved us from needing additional resources specific to training. It allows us to focus on innovation and value creation while creating a better overall training experience for end-users.

**What problems is ClickLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring business applications are routinely used is a continuous journey, but this solution has bridged that gap for our business to help us drive forward faster.  If your team does not have dedicated training resources, this solution allows you to make up for that by giving you the power of a more efficient training delivery method so you can focus on what you do best.  

ClickLearn allows us better to maximize our return on investment within business applications due to increased adoption. We have also saved hiring additional headcount, which would have needed to be dedicated to training. Most importantly it's amplified our organization readiness process since end-users can quickly get up to speed and begin leveraging new technology features much faster. ClickLearn has enabled us to shift from reactive to proactive support by offering an intuitive and easy-to-use training solution.

The fact that it creates the content in so many different formats.  I particularly like the PowerPoint presentation, which allows Super Users in the business to coach their teams.

Some of the editing functionality could be more intuitive.

We are supporting the implementation of D365, and this allows us to create digital learning to support instructor-led training and will enable us to create a new starter journey.  Very quick to produce bite-size learning that our learners can easily absorb.

The product is already easy to use and within a short time, you can create great user documentation and e-learning material.
Furthermore with one recording, you can publish the content into various formats, which helps a lot.
In case you have a product question, you can reach out to the support team and you will quickly receive a good response and effective help.
ClickLearn also offers recorded learning content, which helps with the onboarding process of new authors.
If you need a training session, they quickly schedule a training class to join.

There is currently nothing I can complain about.

Use of user-learnable software to demonstrate, test and master the processes on-hand

We use the Flemish language option to convert the texts and assignments into spoken instructions. The spoken words are not always phonetically correct, there is a solution for this that allows you to specify a phonetic alternative for words, but this is quite cumbersome.

ClickLearn allows for easy setup and editing, show me and try me capability, and publishes to multiple formats. We created a full end-to-end process library for all of our IFS functional areas

**What do you dislike about ClickLearn?**

Some of your learning videos require steps in another application - inventory management tool -  which sometimes works well, and other time is clunky. More flexibility with these types of UI's would be appreciated

Aligning standard processes throughout the organization and multiple geographies, as well as having an effective LMS for our ERP where none existed before

I have not had the patience to do anything much in qlicklearn. It seems clunky.

Last time I used it there was no spellcheck

The documentation looks nice in that it is uniform. It's also nice to be able to produce word/pdf/video files all in one shot.
