**What do you like best about ClearanceJobs?**

ClearanceJobs has been a good resource for connecting with cleared software professionals. The site is well-organized, and the job listings are easy to search on skill set and clearance level. I

Within a short time, I was able to find several professional qualified candidates, and the platform felt secure and trustworthy—something that’s essential when dealing with sensitive government work.

Overall, ClearanceJobs is a solid site for companies looking to hire software or IT positions.

The user experience feels somewhat outdated and would benefit from a modern update.

We cannot find find the candidate on the portal for non cleared role

**What do you like best about ClearanceJobs?**

ClearnaceJobs makes it easy to find qualified, cleared candidates. I especially like the ability to paste a job description in the search and find candidates who match the necessary qualifications.

**What do you dislike about ClearanceJobs?**

Honestly, I do not have any real dislikes with CleanceJobs. So far, it is user friendly and I am able to get candidate's resumes quickly and easily.

**What problems is ClearanceJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearnaceJobs is helping me find qualified, cleared talent at various levels. I am filling some of our most demanding positions, and ClearanceJobs is helping me do that.
