Customer service is always there to help. Also the AI is very intuitive and pricing is always consistent. Otuvy specializes in our industry. **What do you dislike about Otuvy?** Any improvements that we had wished for in the past have been implemented by Otuvy in the last few years. **What problems is Otuvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use QR functionality in ways that Otuvy did not anticipate and they have been able to adapt reporting on this functionality to our needs. ### 2. It's very easy to understand, and our customers love it. It's an amazing tool for correcting deficiencies found on quality control inspection walks and for creating reports. **What do you dislike about Otuvy?** Probably speeding up the process when uploading an inspection. **What problems is Otuvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Otuvy is amazing for correcting deficiencies found during quality control inspections and for creating reports. ### 3. It keeps us organized and accountable. **What do you dislike about Otuvy?** The lack of customer service. Seems like the company has changed because we used to be told that cleantelligent can be creative and custom yet they got rid of all of our custom additions. Our CEO also wrote to the President with some concerns and he never replied back. The level of care has truly dropped. I guess we aren’t big enough of a customer. **Recommendations to others considering Otuvy:** Make sure you have an IT person to help because the customer service is not what it used to be **What problems is Otuvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers feel looped in at all times ### 4. Great software for a fast paced work environment **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Qasim A. | Chief Financial Officer, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2018 **What do you like best about Otuvy?** Inspections are very detailed Trends are very helpful Clients are automatically notified upon completion of the job It's customizable and that's a huge plus...Off the shelf softwares generally don't allow much creativity but Clean Telligent is very handy with this **What do you dislike about Otuvy?** I think interface could be a little more user friendly Security should be increased I don't know if they have it in place now but back in the days when I was using it, it didn't allow the finger print authorization **Recommendations to others considering Otuvy:** Improve the graphical Interface Home screen should have a compilation of everything going on in the background.
