CLARA is an incredible solution that helps recruitment teams find candidates based on more than just what is listed in their resume. This tool not only supports recruitment speed and equitable processes, but also assists candidates in demonstrating their value when they may not have been doing so effectively with their resume / application alone. What do you dislike about CLARA?

As any new product to market, CLARA is working to expand their HRIS Integration offerings. I am excited to see who they can integrate with by the end of the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
