"User Friendly"

What do you like best?

Once I was able to run through an entire claim on my own, every other claim after that was easy enough. When the times comes for me to take vacation, resuming to my usual claim submission is as easy as the first time.

What do you dislike?

It is very thorough, so depending on the claim it can take a while to fill out all of the required fields. However, it is also a huge benefit for everyone having to view after my submission.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a way to maintain all parties involved in the loop of the status of each claim.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One problem that this program has helped eliminate is the follow up questions and back and forth. It is so thorough that very rarely do the reviewers have to find themselves needing to contact me for additional information.

"Claims experience"

What do you like best?

I like that everything is uploaded In real time with no delay. It allows me to have the documents I need asap.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that photos can be uploaded one at a time verse a one page batch.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

That we can compile estimates without having to save over and again .

"Collaborative claim experience"

What do you like best?

I love it. Collaborative efforts and cuts down on claim life cycles!

What do you dislike?

I would like to be able to title photos more easily when completing virtual inspections.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Collaborative effort with Insured customers. They are more engaged in the claim process and advocate with us for insurance claims.

"Former adjuster and claims reporting"

What do you like best?

The estimating software is pretty simple to use. Fairly user friendly, especially when estimating contents.

What do you dislike?

Reporting for this system is a nightmare - batch times are weird and data was consistent missing from reports.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helps adjusters estimate properly on claims, can’t realize benefits as I never used another estimating system prior to this.
