It also provides video collaborate with managers you can easily record live sessions **What do you dislike about ClaimXperience?** This application is less in features but overall it's exceptionally designed for insurance issues **What problems is ClaimXperience solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily downloadable application , feature i like is it gives conference code , where you can join session easily ### 2. When the times comes for me to take vacation, resuming to my usual claim submission is as easy as the first time. **What do you dislike about ClaimXperience?** It is very thorough, so depending on the claim it can take a while to fill out all of the required fields. However, it is also a huge benefit for everyone having to view after my submission. **Recommendations to others considering ClaimXperience:** It is a way to maintain all parties involved in the loop of the status of each claim. **What problems is ClaimXperience solving and how is that benefiting you?** One problem that this program has helped eliminate is the follow up questions and back and forth. It is so thorough that very rarely do the reviewers have to find themselves needing to contact me for additional information. ### 4. They are more engaged in the claim process and advocate with us for insurance claims. ### 5.
