**What do you like best about citeulike?**

The most helpful aspect is the integration of social networking in this citation management software compared to other similar softwares.

**What do you dislike about citeulike?**

It is more difficult to add sources other than articles, such as books and web pages and take up more time.

**What problems is citeulike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it mostly in making monthly reports and they provide an easy, efficient free way of managing citations.

**What do you like best about citeulike?**

Author names, title, et.al. are imported automatically. One can even manually add tags for grouping of various references together. It can be used to search references made by all or one user. it encourages discovery of new articles.

**What do you dislike about citeulike?**

Application programming interface is missing. Occasionally there is saving and organizing concerns. 

**What problems is citeulike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could upload PDFs to attach to the references which helped with coordinating with fellow researchers. It also helped us in recognizing our competition and/or collaborators.

**What do you like best about citeulike?**

CiteULike has a lot of information on articles, and it is different from other databases in that it also has groups and shares information on users who are also interested in the topic.

**What do you dislike about citeulike?**

The user interface makes me feel like I am in the 80s and if I am just searching for an article, I would go to another service, such as Mendeley that lets you cite and filter search results more easily.

**What problems is citeulike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to keep track of citations for my research and find new sources.
