**What do you like best about CIPO?**

Ease of use and limited training to get started.  Budget friendly.  Always intuitive and the CIPO team continues to make adjustments and improvements

**What do you dislike about CIPO?**

There are periods of brief downtime and when things stop working.  Usually it means that someone has been in the system, making adjustments or improvements.  Another thing is that when an agency makes a request, please take that as something serious that should be immediately worked on.  Many times we've had to wait to see what we needed to change.

**What problems is CIPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency has been a big deal with CIPO.  Due to it's innovative approach, we were able to cut distribution times down to hours, not days/weeks like before.  Electronic signatures has also been great when dealing with an agency the size of ours and the levels that we have.
