**What do you like best about Cigati AOL Backup Tool?**

I like that Cigati AOL Backup Tool supports multiple formats like PST,PDF and MBOX. It has helpful filters to back up only selected emails. The tool keeps the folder structure intect and it easy to use with simple interface

**What do you dislike about Cigati AOL Backup Tool?**

Cigati AOL Backup Tool can improve adding faster backup speed for large mailboxes. It would also helps to support more cloud platforms for direct transfer. sometimes it's login process takes time to make a smoother 

**What problems is Cigati AOL Backup Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users who wish to switch from AOL to a different email service can securely transfer their data without the risk of losing important information during the transition. And Offline Access and Storage.

**What do you like best about Cigati AOL Backup Tool?**

From my experience, Of course, it is very easy to use. It performs backups quickly and efficiently and can save my a lot of time. And most importantly, at a time when I lost my data, Cigati AOL Backup restored my data easily.

**What do you dislike about Cigati AOL Backup Tool?**

I think Cigati AOL Backup has very Limited features. as well as it does not support all operating systems or email clients.

**What problems is Cigati AOL Backup Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said before, Cigati AOL Backup does not support all OS; Users like me who use other platforms or email services find it inconvenient. And I feel they have a little bit of costly Pricing.
