Specifically for me I love that Handy Backup lets me have a program installed on my desktop that reaches out to my different websites to backup, version, and download MySQL databases without having to pay for an expensive online service, and I control how many versions I want to keep. **What do you dislike about Handy Backup?** - Both the Professional and Server versions of the program can be a bit buggy at times. For example, THere was a 6-month period where auto backups to the local system would fail to execute, but backup to cloud locations were fine. Then after an update everything was fine again. **What problems is Handy Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Backup of local computers and servers to to both local AND cloud locations, simultaneously - Backup and versioning of website MySQL databases (and files) from my local computer desktop, with both local and cloud storage. ### 3.
